London Medical Practice

Acting as the Principal Designer and CDM Advisor on this refurbishment of a busy medical practice in the heart of London. The practice will remain operational throughout the project, meaning the works are to take place over 7 phases to keep staff and patients safe.

Peter James Homes – Nottingham

Acting as the CDM Principal Designer for this exciting development of 169 houses which will take over 3 years on the outskirts of Nottingham. This challenging site is bounded by trainlines, a crematorium and neighbouring businesses, all of which remain operational throughout the works meaning co-ordination and planning throughout the design phase have been critical to ensure everyone’s safety and health.

The Renaissance at Kelham Hall

We are proud to be acting as the Principal Designer for the metamorphosis of the Grade II listed Thompson wing. This architectural gem is being meticulously reimagined into an exquisite 50-bedroom hotel to support the thriving events and wedding venue on the outskirts of Newark in Nottinghamshire.

      Refocus Safety were engaged to act as the PD on a large project which involved cladding of a warehouse roof. The PCID was issued very quickly with the level of detail which allowed us to develop a CPP in plenty of time. this was approved with no issues.
At all times during the project the PD & I were in constant communication to ensure that the project was coming along safely. Information was shared at convenient times and, at the end of the project the PD was keen to ensure that we had relayed all the neccessary paperwork to him which allowed Refocus Safety to complete their own paperwork.
Russell Blythe showed great professionalism at all times, made sure that all the documentation was in order and, was prepared to change/alter any paperwork when it was neccessary.
